"Everard came to me recommended by others. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me secure my current home. After settlement he was continually available with guidance as to how to address a ticklish situation where the local water Co did not properly register a sewer debt service. This improper registration cause the item to be missed by the settlement company. Everard came through as promised and then even followed up afterward up to 9 months so far to make sure that i was happy. I would highly recommend Everard and his company to any person."

"My first impression was of a genuine warmth and a love of people. The charm was there but not forced, not intrusive and definitely not the wholesale type. As i continued to interact with him, i realized that there was no way i could have imagined an agent being that good - i did not know enough to have sensible expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable but more than that he is savvy and street smart with an old fashioned common sense which is not common. He genuinely enjoys his job; so he is free with good advice whether he thinks it is to his benefit or not. I think his engineering background gives him an eye for problems in a house and he does not sell you a house that he thinks might give you an unpleasant surprise later down the line.
